These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the PhotoSweep iOS application (“the App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
PhotoSweep provides on-device tools to analyze and organize your photo library and to help you remove content you choose to delete. Features may change between versions.
You retain ownership of your photos and videos. You are solely responsible for reviewing suggestions and confirming deletions. Permanent loss can occur if you empty Recently Deleted in the Photos app. The App and its developers are not liable for accidental deletion of your content.
PhotoSweep Premium (or similarly named offering) is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Pricing and terms shown in the App and on the App Store at purchase apply.
Free use of the App may include third-party advertisements. Ad providers may collect data as described in their policies and in our Privacy Policy.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
